ohhhh, you must try it - it's Korean pickled cabbage, very spicy and extremely yummy. I bought some at Kochu on Elgin St the other night, and it's almost gone now. It's pretty easy to make, I hear, I'm sure there are tons of recipes available. I was turned on to kimchi, and Korean food in general, by my friend Do-Hee.
